Life Within Candles would like to make sure that your experience is memorable.

Life Within Candles is a handcrafted business and enjoys making our customers proud of what they purchased.

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Exception of damaged packages

​

If your items are received damaged, please take 3(three) photos of the product and packaging and send it to our email address at:  Experience@lifewithincandles.com within 2 (two) days of receipt of delivery, in order to have an authorization of being sent a replacement of the damaged item.  Please include your order number in the subject line. Upon receiving your email, we will contact you to verify the method of shipping.   Customers will need to ship the original package and contents back, only if damaged.    If your request is confirmed as damaged by shipping, we will ship a replacement package at no additional cost.  Requesting a replacement after 5 days of receipt of delivery will not be accepted. 

No changes can be made to the initial order (i.e. fragrance, color, etc.)
